You don’t need to be a member to attend! During Bring a Friend Week, members and community members are encouraged to bring friends, family, co-workers, and loved ones to try out The Shop CrossFit for free to see what all the fun is about!
Haven’t worked out in a while?
Don’t fret! The workouts are designed with everyone in mind.
The workouts can be modified to preserve the intended stimuli despite athlete limitations such as experience, injury, illness or range of motion. In other words, we tailor the workout to maximize the benefit for you!
